Really useful app with an easy-to-understand user interface. I had a query which was answered immediately and thoroughly. So sensible to be able to run the full app without paying a fee until income warrants it.
There's a reason they have a 5-star rating, not my 5-star, across the board. They treated me like I checked into the Four Seasons. Complete white glove service, and it made me realize within the first few minutes I had made the right decision on which partner to scale my business with.

The builder is simple for customers to use, looks great on our store and gives us a lot of flexibility with how we create our boxes and offers. It was also really easy to get started, which is a big plus when you're running a small business and don't want to spend hours trying to figure out an app. Would definitely recommend it if you're looking for a straightforward Build Your Own Box solution.

I was able to set up most of the app by myself and the AI included. They were prompt in answering the last few issues I had with setup. I have yet to make a sale using this system.

I found this app a bit fiddly to set up initially, but it has been working well once I mastered it. I ran into an issue where if a customer tried to add two boxes to their cart, the discount didn't apply properly - but when I reached out to the support team, they resolved the problem within a day. Great service, can't fault the team.

VERY FAST SERVICE AND VERY HELPFUL
Terrific app - super easy to install and use. Took about an hour and we were up and running. A few weeks in we got a Shopify alert that an Easify order couldn't be processed and Suzy was super responsive in researching the issue. (It turned out someone added over 150 items to a cart - most likely a bot).
I had managed to get most of the bundle builder sorted by myself, and was stuck on the last little bit to get it live in my website menus. Both Anne and Kendle were of great assistance today, and Kendle went above and beyond logging in to my website and sorting the last of the functionality. Very much appreciated xx
Wasted so much time trying out other apps only to find out Easify does exactly what I wanted for free (until you reach a sales threshold)! I now have a fully functional tiered discount box on my website which matches the rest of my branding (this took a moment to set up, but was overall pretty straightforward). Huge thanks to Chloe for the quick and immensely helpful customer support!
