Only orders placed through Easify Box Builder count - after 14-day free trial, not your total Shopify store revenue. If your store makes $200,000 per month but boxes bring in under $500/month, you stay on the free plan.

No. Easify charges a flat monthly fee only, nothing extra.

Shopify charges only the difference, so your total matches the correct tier for that cycle. You are never charged twice. Example: you are on Grow ($29) and your boxes reach $20,000 in the cycle. That is the Scale tier ($99), so Shopify adds $70. Your total for the cycle is $99. Monthly Box Revenue resets to $0 at the start of each billing cycle.

On Start/Free plan, your fee follows your box revenue in each cycle. When revenue goes down, your fee goes down with it, with no action needed. And yes if you chose a paid plan as your base plan, you can select a lower plan on the Pricing page. The change applies from the next billing cycle.

Full access to every feature on every plan, including Start (Free). You can publish boxes and get real sales. Trial sales do not count toward billing. The trial is one-time per live store.

Yes. All charges appear directly in your Shopify admin. No separate account or credit card is needed.
